Paul has a wealth of experience of technology business development and product management across the globe, starting his career as a customer service representative in a call centre, being inspired by the technology possibilities Paul then progressed to working for some of the world’s largest telecom businesses in the world. In 2007 Paul was involved in his first IoT project which has led to a very successful career in a leading edge of the technology landscape creating award winning products like Vizi-AI and now leading the EMEA AI team at Intel.

Emma Hopkinson-Spark, Chief of Staff & Coaching and Transformation Practice Leader at 101 Ways

Emma Hopkinson-Spark is Chief of Staff and leads the Coaching and Transformation Practice at 101 Ways, a technology consultancy based predominantly in London and Amsterdam. Emma is an award winning agile professional; has helped author professional Scrum standards and examinations; spoken at and helped curate international conferences; and has had a varied and often eclectic career including professional musician, software and data engineer, agile coach and business leader.

Paul Guido. CISSP, CCSP, is a IT security professional with over 23 years of IT experience in the Financial Services sector. Currently, he is employed at a San Antonio, Texas financial institution as a security operations director.

Alina Timofeeva, Principal at Oliver Wyman Digital

Alina is a Principal at Oliver Wyman (a global management consulting firm) and focuses on the Digital Transformation for Financial Services organisations. Being a first generation immigrant from Russia, she has been working in the UK for the top Tier 1 consulting companies (KPMG, Accenture) in the space of Technology & Innovation. Alinaactively supports females & migrants of diverse cultural and social backgrounds through non-profit mentoring, talks & podcasts.
