This is a newly created role designed to spearhead the Sales Department within our growing organisation, based in the Digital Skills sector. In this role you will be presenting and selling solutions and services to new customers across the UK, who are interested in our Bootcamps and Apprenticeships.

You will be working closely with the Marketing Team to follow up on leads and turn those into clients. We have very large Bootcamp contracts to fulfill and this will require a really passionate sales executive to get learners started on their Digital Skills journey. The sales executive will also be working to self-generate leads with Levy and Non-Levy employers who may be interested in working with us on apprenticeships.

This is shaping up to be a really exciting role within a small, but dynamic team and the Sales Executive that joins us will have the opportunity to make their mark on a brand new department within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relevant reporting of sales to the management team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, and work with the management team to develop profit targets.
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the Management Team.
  • Complete reports in line with individual key performance indicators.
  • Send monthly reports in line with KPIS to the Management Team
  • Organise and attend client meetings
  • Pitch and present persuasively on products and/or services
  • Build and maintain positive and fruitful working relationships with existing customers
  • Research organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Identify and attend conferences, networking meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Engage with SME and Levy paying employers, supporting businesses with the L&D and apprenticeship offer
  • Talk through training needs analysis with clients
  • Ensure all client queries and conversations are recorded on the CRM.
  • To promote a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year experience in a sales role
  • Have a proven track record of engaging with clients
  • Have a proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Have the desire and passion to work towards and exceed KPI’s
  • Previous experience of meeting employer needs through recruitment, training, education, or other development solutions
  • Must have a strong personality, to sometimes lead staff meetings, allocate tasks, ensure targets are met
  • Strong communication skills – ability to present information concisely e.g. create reports
  • Previous experience in a sales environment, Identified and generated new sales leads have a drive and hunger for new business
  • Professionalism – part of the role will be client facing

We are looking for an experienced Data expert to join our team as a Lead Trainer.  We are a start up that are looking for member to join the team , we are passionate about developing skills for the next generation of talent in Tech. If you are not a trainer do not worry we will support you with the relevant CPD. We are looking for individuals who have technical and industry experience and want to train.

As part of your role:

  1. You will provide input into course materials as well as design course material for Software development and other related areas
  2. You will deliver remote and face to face sessions to cohorts of Trainees
  3. You will provide feedback on Trainees work
  4. You will contribute to Team teaching meetings and Quality strategy via improvements in the programs we deliver
  5. You will undertake peer feedback and reviews for other program areas
  6. You will mentor and support Trainees and give them feedback
  7. You will attend CPD events that support your own development and mandated training
  8. Improve and adapt our learning curriculum to match the needs of our participants.
  9. You will plan sessions
  10. You will set projects and provide feedback on these
  11. You will report any issues with the Trainees to the operations manager.
  12. You will be writing 1 Blog a month around a Technical area that you are working in and share this on our website.
  13. In future be part of consulting across a number of Projects. if you want to.
  14. Attend weekly meetings and relevant CPD training

  • You are fluent in some coding languages
  • You are comfortable working on the command line and using Github, and have some experience with modern deployment tooling, e.g. Heroku, Docker, Vercel, or similar.
  • Experience either in AWS or Microsoft Azure       
  • Experience of CI /CD
  • Experience of Continuous monitoring

The regular compilation and reporting of Company KPI’s. The sourcing, collation, cleansing, formatting, automation, analysis, presentation and communication of data in a meaningful way that allows both themselves and others to make fact-based decisions. The provision of data analysis support to improvement project teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • AS400 Production System Setup e.g. Calendar, Capacity Groups, Colour Schedule etc.
  • Production Planning and Scheduling e.g. Short & Medium Term Capacity Settings, Optimizing Leadtimes etc. 
  • Support Other Functions Operational Planning e.g. Sales, PreFit, Survey, Distribution, Fitting and PostFit
  • Compile and Report Production and Company KPI’s e.g. RFT, Service Order and Rem Costs, 7+7 etc
  • Provide Data Analysis Support to Production and Company QCD Improvement Project Teams
  • Identify and Develop “Local” Data Based Improvement Projects to Improve Quality and Efficiency

Future prospects

The successful candidate would be offered a full time and permanent position with the company at the end of the Apprenticeship. 

Things to consider

This is an office-based role, there will be minimal remote working, therefore it is desirable that the applicant lives within a 15-mile radius of Hinckley and be able to travel into the office every day.

Annual wage: £21,000.00
